Our Doctors
Dr. Alicia Haupt
Dr. Alicia Haupt is a New York Chiropractic College graduate, practicing since 1985. She practiced on Long Island in N.Y., until 1999, when she moved her family to the growing community of Gainesville, VA, where she opened Gateway Chiropractic.
Dr. Haupt and her husband Bill, are active members of the local Holy Trinity Church community and supporters of the athletes, team trainers and band members at Brentsville, Battlefield, Patriot and Kettle Run high schools in addition to turf and field conditions at both Bull Run and Gainesville Middle Schools.
Dr. Haupt has had a strong chiropractic upbringing, as she has been under the care of a chiropractor since 1970. Her children have also had regular wellness or injury care since they were babies, and as a result, they have required minimal medical intervention in their childhood years.
Dr. Haupt continues to enjoy expanding her education. As of February 2016, she is certified in A.R.T. (active release technique). This creates options to work more effectively with difficult conditions such as rotator cuff injuries/shoulders, carpal tunnel, knee injuries, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, as well as helping with headaches, spinal pain and pinched nerves
Dr. Haupt’s son, Connor, graduated from West Virginia University in 2015. He is teaching music at Bull Run Middle School in Prince William County. Her daughter, Brittany (Virginia Tech Class of 2011), has now graduated from the Palmer Chiropractic College and is a practicing chiropractor in Bay City, Michigan.
